In June 2009, Amanda Bynes inked a two picture deal with Screen Gems. The first of the two movies is a teen comedy, Easy A, starring Emma Stone and Lisa Kudrow, and the second will be a starring role. Amanda Bynes also plans to reprise her role as Penny Pingleton in the big screen sequel to Hairspray.

Kourtney Kardashian was born in Los Angeles of Armenian (father) and Dutch-Scottish American (mother) descent, to attorney Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner (née Houghton). She is their eldest child. Robert Kardashian, best known for being O. J. Simpson’s lawyer during his murder trial, died on September 30, 2003.

In April 2009, it was announced that Kourtney Kardashian and her sister Khloe Kardashian would be appearing in a spin-off which will air in August 2009. The spin-off will feature the girls moving to Miami to open a DASH store on the East Coast. The show will be titled Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. The spin-off will not feature sister Kim prominently, but the entire Kardashian family may make guest appearances on the new series.

She made her feature film debut in the teen comedy Superbad, playing Jules, the love interest of lead character Seth (Jonah Hill).

Emma Stone will star in the comedy Paper Man, starring Jeff Daniels, Ryan Reynolds and Lisa Kudrow, and directed by Kieran and Michele Mulroney. Stone began filming on Veterans Day, November 11, 2008, in Montauk, New York, using well-known local locations. Emma Stone will also star in the horror/comedy Zombieland, along with Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg. The project, her third comedy for Columbia Pictures, began shooting in Atlanta in February 2009.

Mischa Barton

Mischa Anne Marsden Barton was born on 24 January 1986. Mischa Barton is an English film, television, and stage actress, perhaps best known for her role as Marissa Cooper in the American television series The O.C.

Mischa Barton began acting at the age of eight (as she said on The Friday Night Project), co-starring in the Off Broadway premiere of Slavs!, written by Tony Kushner. Mischa Barton appeared in several other Off Broadway productions, taking a lead role in James Lapine's Twelve Dreams at Lincoln Center. She made her film debut in Lawn Dogs, which won awards at film festivals around the world. Since then, she has appeared in several films, such as The Sixth Sense, Notting Hill, St Trinians, and Closing the Ring. It has been widely reported that Mischa Barton is in talks to join the cast of the hit television series Ugly Betty in a 5-episode guest appearance. In a December 2007 interview, she indicated that she would return to television for the right project; "It's not that I dislike doing television at all. It would be interesting having more creative control over where the storylines go or the characters. But for the right thing, of course."

Scarlett Johansson played femme fatale Silken Floss in Frank Miller's noir comedy adaptation of Will Eisner's comic The Spirit. The film was released in US theaters on December 25th, 2008. In 2009, she had a role as a yoga instructor in He's Just Not That Into You. Scarlett Johansson will also portray Mary, Queen of Scots in a film. In March 2009 she signed on to play Black Widow in both Iron Man II and The Avengers.

Sophia Anna Bush (born July 8, 1982 in Pasadena, California) is an American actress. She is perhaps best known for her role as Brooke Davis in the CW series One Tree Hill and for portraying Grace Andrews in the horror remake The Hitcher (2007).

Sophia Bush made her first big screen appearance in the comedy Van Wilder. Following, she made appearances in several television shows, including Nip/Tuck, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and Punk'd. She was cast as Kate Brewster in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, but was replaced by Claire Danes because the director thought she was too young. Keira Knightley, however has denied such a figure.

Jaime King

Jaime King (born April 23, 1979) is an American film actress and model. In her modeling career and early film roles, she went by the names Jamie King and James King, which was a childhood nickname given to King by her parents, because her agency already represented another Jaime — the older, then-more famous model Jaime Rishar. Jaime King, because of the latter name, is sometimes referred to as the "Model with a man's name".

Called by Complex magazine "one of the original model-turned-actresses", Jaime King appeared in Vogue, Mademoiselle, and Harper's Bazaar, among other fashion magazines. Afterwards, she began taking small film roles. Her first larger role was in Pearl Harbor (2001). Jaime's first starring movie role in Bulletproof Monk (2003). She has gone on to appear as a lead in various other films, gaining more note after Sin City (2005), a role which she will perform in its sequel Sin City 2 (2009).

Currently, Jaime King has four films in production that have release dates estimated for 2009. The first of three to be released in 2009 may be the Star Wars-themed comedy Fanboys. Its release date was pushed first to January 2008 when director Kyle Newman received additional funding to shoot new scenes, but the busy schedule of the actors postponed filming. Still delayed, the filmmakers and its distributor, the Weinstein Company, are involved in a dispute over which version to release. In May 2008, Jaime King featured in another Newman-directed film, Act I of The Cube, the beginning of an online movie-making contest.
